Ginsberg, Can you elaborate on this post. I get a vague sense of handwaving from the speaker, but would like to understand what you are pointing out.
I don't have much to add. He said there is no better vaccination than what the body is doing on its own. That is interesting. Dendreon spent a fortune trying to prove that Provenge was better. How could Dr. Kwon prove that the human immune system does not need antigenic priming to fight cancer? Do we have the wrong antigen targets? Do we not know enough about cancer and the immune system?
The whole Provenge/Dendreon story is interesting. It is about hammering a square peg through a round hole. The drug doesn't work. See Marie Hubers website. http://theprovengetrials.org/pages/about
